They had assured me over the phone during the financing process that both parking sensors and cruise control were included. I reached out to the dealership to express my frustration and let them know I wanted to return the car. They seemed clueless about the details I had requested from the start and promised to get back to me. Four hours later, when I tried to follow up, they told me the person I needed to speak with was busy and would call me later. Time’s ticking, and I’m running out of the 15-day return window—already 13 days gone by. I even shot them an email, but no reply came my way.

By the way, when I first spoke to her, she mentioned I had just two choices: return the car at my own expense and time or accept 200 pounds as a goodwill gesture and keep the vehicle.
